Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Central Manchester
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £40,000 to £44,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static site in the centre of Manchester
This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance within a multi story office block based in central Manchester.
The right person for this position will already have a strong electrical background, with experience in dealing with commercial building services maintenance
They will be a lone worker on site dealing with all of the on site maintenance which will include mechanical as well as electrical, however the position is more electrical bias.
Requirements
- Strong Electrical Maintenance Experience
- Based in a commutable distance into central Manchester
- Happy to be a lone worker on site, but with support from the mobile team
- Very client focused
- Able to deal with on site compliance such as water testing, alarm testing etc
- Ability to complete ahu maintenance
Package
- Basic based on 8am until 5pm on site (potential for a little flexibility)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Pension
- There is no on call for this engineer, however they can be put on the on call rota if they want to
