Position: Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Covering Norfolk

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000 (subject to experience level) plus door to door

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the Norfolk area.

This Refrigeration Engineer will be dealing with the service, maintenance and breakdown on commercial and heavy commercial refrigeration plant from display cabinets, walk in cold rooms to large -80 chambers (non ammonia).

These will be at general commercial sites as well as food manufacturing sites.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in refrigeration service, maintenance and breakdown, preferably working on in large cold rooms.

It is essential that this Refrigeration Engineer will willing and able to conduct service, maintenance and breakdown on Air Conditioning plant when and if required.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in Commercial Refrigeration
• Able to conduct service, maintenance and fault finding on refrigeration plant
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration plant would be a bonus
• Happy to travel across the Norfolk area
• Must hold Fgas
• Level 2 or above in refrigeration is preferred
• Willing to work on Air Conditioning systems when required

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
• Door to door travel
• On call one week in six
• Pension
• Good on call allowance
