Position: Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: London (City and West End areas)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £44,000 to £50,000 (subject to experience level) plus travel allowance

We are looking for a number of Multi Skilled Foot Mobile Engineers for full time, permanent positions covering London.

Due to company growth, we need strong building services engineers with a multi skilled background who are happy to travel to site using public transport.

These Engineers need to have a strong background in commercial building services maintenance, holding either an electrical or mechanical (minimum) level 2 qualification.

The electrical bias engineers do need to be NVQ level 3 qualified and holding their 18th Edition and we would prefer the mechanical engineers to hold the Fgas qualification or HVAC qualification.

These positions are foot mobile. The engineers will be given a monthly allowance on top of the basic salary to cover a percentage of their travel expenses.

Requirements

• Strong working background as a Commercial Building Services Engineer
• Strong multi skilled knowledge
• Either Electrical Qualified with 18thEdition
• Or Fgasqualified or level 2 HVAC or Building Services
• Must be happy to travel around London via public transport
• Commutable to sites in the West End

• Basic salary subject to experience level
