Video Sales Manager

Location: Leeds or High Wycombe
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

About The Role:

As Video Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales of video products across the rental, production, theatre, broadcast, education, worship and corporate markets.

You’ll be selling products across LED, video processing, media servers, signal distribution and supporting infrastructure.

You’ll own the video sales pipeline, grow the customer account database and convert enquiries into profitable orders. You’ll also be the main point for video manufacturing suppliers, building and developing those relationships on behalf of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the video sales target and qualified pipeline, from initial enquiry through specification and quotation to closing the sale.
  • Grow existing accounts, particularly customers already purchasing equipment within other categories expanding their custom into video equipment also.
  • Win new customers across rental houses, production companies, broadcasters, venues, integrators and end users.
  • Get key video brands into specifications and tenders early, ensuring products are named in the design rather than substituted at quotation stage.
  • Scope customer requirements and turn them into workable video solutions and quotations.
  • Manage senior relationships with video manufacturers, including pricing, terms, demo stock, product launches and market feedback.
  • Train internal and external sales teams to identify video opportunities within their own customer accounts.
  • Act as a representative at trade shows, demo days and industry events.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in video or AV sales within professional entertainment, broadcast or installation markets.
  • Strong technical understanding of LED video, processing and signal flow.
  • Commercially confident with experience negotiating with suppliers and closing sales with customers.
  • Self-motivated and organised with strong CRM and sales forecasting discipline.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable:

  • An established network across the UK rental, production or integration markets.

What’s On Offer:

  • £50,000 - £60,000 salary.
  • Company car or car allowance
  • 23 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Pension
  • The opportunity to work with world-class entertainment technology brands.
  • A fast-paced, creative environment at the heart of the live events and production industry.
