Salary £28,000 Negotiable upwards DOE, VW transporter van , Company Credit card, Full tool set, IT equipment, uniform, Full in house training, and contributary pension.

My client is a reputable sheet metal machine tool company offering a range of services in dust extraction to the laser cutting industry. Due to witnessing a growth in demand on this side of the business they are offering the fantastic opportunity for a qualified dust extraction engineer to join their team. The successful engineer will have the opportunity to grow out their own team over the coming years. You will work with a variety of brands from Herding, Handte, Keller and Camfill.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and working from a range of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
• Fault finding and schematic understanding.
• Working towards an LEV qualification (if applicable)
• Overnight stays and flexibility to travel is required.
• Strong communication skills
• Working with a wide range of dust extraction equipment

Requirements

• LEV Qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills required as the role is client facing.
• Experience working alone in the field.
• Strong mechanical experience is required for the role, but electrical knowledge would also be beneficial.
• Prior experience with Herding, Handte , Keller and Camfill.
• Competent with a range of IT equipment
