AV Engineer (Residential)
Cheshire
£28,000 - £35,000 DOE20 days annual leave + bank holidays + company van + fuel card + pension
The Company:
This award-winning residential AV integrator has a strong reputation for installing top-of-the-range home cinema rooms and luxury home automation systems for high-profile clients across the UK.
Due to their success, they are expanding their engineering team by hiring an experienced AV Engineer in the Yorkshire area.
The Role:
As an AV Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of residential AV systems, primarily in the Yorkshire region.
Key Duties:
- Perform 1st and 2nd fix AV installations, including LED screens, projectors, speakers, touch panels, CCTV, access control, and data networks.
- Carry out data cabling and rack building tasks.
- Commission installed AV solutions and work with control systems such as Lutron, Crestron, and Control4.
- Conduct service and maintenance calls as needed.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- At least 1 year of experience in residential AV installation.
Preferred Qualities and Skills:
- Experience programming Crestron, Lutron, or Control4.
Package:
- Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
- Company van and fuel card provided.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Statutory Pension.
