AV Project Manager (Marine)
Hertfordshire
£40,000 - £50,000 | OTE £46K - £60K
£4,800 car allowance + 23 days annual leave + bank holidays + overtime rates + phone + laptop + travel expenses + pension
The Company:
A specialist integrator of AV, IT and networks within the marine and residential sector. With multiple awards and 40+ years' worth of industry experience, this company has cemented it's name in the industry as a go to provider for superyacht installations.
The Role:
To manage installation projects of IT, networks, AV and security systems within high-end superyachts throughout Europe - ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget.
Due to the nature of this work, there would be a requirement for regular international travel.
Key duties include:
- Lead on site client meetings to discuss progress on ongoing projects.
- Logistics and resource management ie, organisation of engineers, planning of travel and equipment logistics.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project.
- Maintain and update project documentation.
- Management of multiple projects at varying stages.
- Management and allocation of project budget.
- Management of permanent staff and sub-contractors where required.
- Maintain communication with Lead Engineers to keep track of project progress.
- Travel to office where required.
Required skills and attributes:
- 2+ years' experience in Project Management within the marine or residential AV sector.
- Strong client management skills.
- A background within AV engineering.
- Valid Passport
