Site and Field based Service Engineer.
Milton Keynes.
Base £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Starting salary based on a 40 hour working week, OTE estimated between 55K - 70K, Bonus every year for personal and departmental performance between £3,000 and £4,000. Overtime is paid at 1.5 x and 2x on Sundays. Death in service + Health Insurance + Pension + life insurance.
My client are a global leading OEM in the machine tool industry producing a comprehensive portfolio of CNC machines and additive manufacturing solutions. They are committed to technological innovations.
Due to continued reinvestment into the company from their global partners they are looking to expand their service team of highly skilled engineers in the South. Having won a contract for a prestigious F1 client they are recruiting for a couple of service engineers to represent them on site.
They service a large client base from large blue-chip companies in a range of booming industries from MOD, Aerospace, Medical and F1.

Requirements:
- A strong understanding of CNC Machine Tools
- Previous service engineer experience is desirable, but they are open to highly skilled maintenance engineers.
- Experience with 3-5 axis machines is essential.
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controls system.
- Flexibility to embrace the service engineer lifestyle.
- Engineers must be multi-skilled and able to respond competently to mechanical and electrical faults.
The Role:
- You will provide an exceptionally high level of customer service to their impressive client base.
- Servicing, installation, and preventative maintenance on site and in the field.
- Breakdown cover.
- The role will entail occasional overnight stays and requires flexibility.
- Reporting to the service manager you will respond to customers needs on a nationwide basis.
