This opportunity is ideal for someone ready to take full ownership of project delivery—planning, coordinating, and occasionally supervising on-site—to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects end-to-end, from planning through on-site delivery and final client sign-off
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with varying levels of complexity and scale
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver on time and within budget
- Supervise installation engineers and ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks
- Act as a single point of contact for all project updates and communications
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development
- Prepare and submit RAMS documentation as required
What You'll Need:- Solid background in project management (AV or technical experience is a bonus)
- Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet demanding timelines
- Experience working on live construction sites is advantageous
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Monday.com)
- Flexibility to travel, including overnight stays
