Field Service Engineer – Machine Tools
South East England
£35,000 – £45,000 basic | OTE £55,000 – £70,000Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for CNC technology and Machine Tools? What’s on offer:
- Basic salary £35K – £45K (40-hour week)
- OTE £55K – £70K (overtime at 1.5x / 2x Sundays)
- Annual performance bonus (£3K – £4K)

What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of CNC Machine Tools
- Service Engineer background preferred – but we’ll consider experienced Maintenance Engineers
- Hands-on experience with 3–5 axis machines (essential)
- In-depth knowledge of Siemens 840D (other controls a bonus)
- Multi-skilled across both mechanical & electrical fault finding
- Flexible, customer-focused, and ready to embrace the service engineer lifestyle

- Focus on breakdowns and installations, with occasional commissioning work
