We are a leading provider of water treatment and compliance services, delivering exceptional technical expertise and customer service across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial clients.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Technical, you'll work closely with our Contract Management, Service Operations and Field Operations teams to ensure our clients' closed heating and chilled water systems remain fully compliant, efficient and protected.

You'll provide technical leadership, oversee treatment programmes, support project delivery and help develop the company's closed systems strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational and technical compliance of our closed system portfolio.
  • Lead the mobilisation of new closed system contracts and maintain accurate treatment records.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and technical reviews with Contract Managers.
  • Produce monthly client reports, analyse system trends and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Review outstanding actions and support the quotation of remedial works and equipment upgrades.
  • Support client audits, compliance reviews and technical meetings.
  • Assist with project specifications and remedial works.
  • Manage chemical product selection, sourcing and testing equipment.
  • Deliver training and technical guidance to colleagues and client teams.

About You

  • Proven experience within commercial closed system water treatment.
  • Excellent understanding of LTHW, CHW and closed heating/cooling systems.
  • Experience carrying out system inspections, sampling and water analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment chemicals, dosing equipment and filtration technologies.
  • Experience supporting remedial recommendations and technical quotations.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a wider operational team.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a management role. It's an opportunity to become the technical lead for one of our key service areas. You'll have the autonomy to shape our closed systems offering, work alongside experienced technical professionals and directly influence service quality across a prestigious client portfolio.

If you're passionate about technical excellence, continuous improvement and delivering outstanding client service, contact Becky Kerridge on 0161 507 3363 or apply with your current CV.
