Senior AV Technician
Telford
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Overtime25 days annual leave + Bank holidays + Pension + Increased overtime rates + Company credit card
The Company:
Specialising within corporate events and exhibitions, we don’t only manage events but also design and operate immersive AV systems to create events like no other.
We are now expanding and looking for experienced AV Technicians to join our team and play a vital role in the running of these spectacular events.
The Role:
To manage the operation and preparation of AV equipment during exhibitions and corporate events from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Warehouse preparation ensuring all equipment is show ready and suitable for delivery to site.
- Building of LED walls using LED panels.
- Configuration of LED panels using Nova Star.
- Rigging and set up of AV and lighting equipment including speakers, microphones, projectors, mixers and touchscreens to meet client specifications.
- Operation of sound and vision mixers during events to ensure optimal audio-visual quality.
- Efficiently de-rigging all equipment post-event and transporting it back to the warehouse.
- Collaborating with team members and event organizers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Be on-hand to answer any technical queries from clients on-site.
- Working extended hours and overnight stays where required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as an AV Technician
- Hands on experience in building and configuring LED walls using NovaStar
- Flexibility to work extended hours and stay away from home where required
- Full UK Driving License
In return:
If successful, you will be rewarded an annual salary of £28,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience along with increased overtime rates . Top earning AV Technicians are currently earning up to £40,000 with overtime included.
You will also receive all expenses paid nights away, a company credit card, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays along with a company pension.
