My client is a leading supplier of high-end lighting and furniture. They have a network of retail stores, a successful ecommerce business and a strong contract team. Their beautiful central London showroom showcases the very best lighting and furniture.

Role Description

They are looking for a Full-Time Showroom Manager (Monday to Friday) to join their team. This on-site role will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service. The Showroom Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and manage showroom inventory, as well as liaise with vendors and handle customer inquiries. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage a team, and prior sales/customer service experience.

Qualifications

• +5 years of demonstrated experience in retail sales, customer service or showroom management
• Excellent customer service skills, high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience managing a sales team
• Demonstrated experience in improving sales and meeting sales goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
