Location: Manchester - Site and Office Based
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Pension and Death in Service
Monday - Friday : 9.00am-5.00pm

Job Purpose Summary:
The Application Engineer will aid the Sales, Project Managers and Application team with the implementation of Audio, Video, and Lighting designs. We are seeking a skilled and innovative candidate who is personable, good at working in a team and who has a great working knowledge of professional Audio systems.
This role requires expertise in creating effective audio designs that enhance the impact and immersivity of entertainment venues for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, creative vision, and the ability to bring artistic concepts to life through cutting-edge audio installations. We cover venues from bars and shops, through theme parks, and all the way up to stadiums and arenas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to create/commission system design details for varied installation projects.
- Support and liaise with sales team in reference to quoting and technical requirements at the early stages of projects through to finalising quotations.
- Responsible for field service call outs and maintenance of integrations across existing and developing projects, with time away (including occasional weekends), requiring extensive travel within the UK, to cover on site working for the commissioning of systems.
- Assist with client training experiences, ensuring installations are being effectively operated by the end user.
- Offer remote support via software platforms like TeamViewer etc.
