Role – Graduate Design Engineer

My client is a leader in the design and manufacturing of self testing emergency lighting. With over 30 years of continuous innovation providing a cost effective, reliable and compliant range of products they are now looking to bring on board a driven, career focused individual to join their existing sales team.
The product range focuses on illuminating escape routes and to direct people out of premises in the event of a failure of a normal lighting system.
Role.
- To provide a full range of lighting layout plans using AutoCAD
- To provide a telephone technical support on all aspects of my clients products.
- To deal with projects from conception to completion.
- Meeting with clients
- Chase up projects with external / internal sales staff, contractors, and end clients.
- To provide fully marked up CAD drawings using AutoCAD software.
Post Requirements.
- This is an entry level role so Graduate designers welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Polite and confident telephone manner.
- A disciplined and organised work style.
- Educated to GCSE A level or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Full UK driving licence desirable.
- AutoCAD experience an advantage.
