Area Sales Manager - North West

Lighting Controls & Electrical Solutions

Location: Lancashire, Greater Manchester & Cumbria

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Bonus System
Benefits: £650 per month car allowance, 45p per mile for the first 10,000 miles (25p per mile thereafter), 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme.

About the Role:
We're looking for a hard-working and determined Area Sales Manager to take on this key role in an important territory for the business. You'll need to be patient, driven, and ready to tackle a tough but rewarding challenge.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing sales across the North West region.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders, particularly consultants.
• Driving performance in an important area for the business
• Using your lighting/electrical background to provide expert advice and solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in lighting controls or electrical solutions is strongly preferred.
• Additional qualifications in electrical systems are a bonus.
• Proven track record in sales, ideally working with consultants or in similar roles.
• Hardworking and determined, with a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to drive and willingness to travel across the North West
