Branch Sales Manager – Fuel Cards
Location: Southport (On-site)
Salary: £50,000 + Commission + Bonus
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 3-day Christmas shutdown, pension, strong packageI am working with a growing, family-owned fuel card business looking for a Branch Sales Manager to lead their internal sales team. You’ll drive performance, set KPIs, and foster a high-energy, target-driven environment focused on SME clients.
You’ll be at the heart of the branch’s sales operation—setting KPIs, motivating the team, and developing structured plans to win new business and grow existing accounts, with a focus on the SME market. You’ll bring clarity, direction, and energy to a vibrant team that’s hungry for leadership and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a dynamic internal sales team
- Set clear KPIs and drive performance
- Develop sales strategy for SME growth
- Support and guide team career development
- Report on activity and adjust plans as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience managing a B2B sales team
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Target-driven mindset and strategic approach
- Fuel card experience is a bonus but not essential
