We are a specialist LED system provider working across the creative and technical sectors. With a reputation for delivering innovative solutions to high-profile projects, we collaborate with a wide range of partners across broadcast, live events, and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support multiple projects simultaneously across different stages
- Liaise with internal teams (technical, design, admin) and external clients/suppliers to ensure timely information flow
- Schedule meetings, maintain project timelines, and track deliverables
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, project plans, and client communications
- Monitor project budgets and help maintain accurate cost tracking
- Ensure health & safety documentation and risk assessments are up-to-date and submitted as required
- Organise logistics including transport of equipment, technician scheduling, and site access
- Maintain project files and CRM systems to ensure documentation is current and accessible
- Attend project meetings and take accurate notes/action points when needed
- Flag potential risks, delays, or resource constraints early to the project manager

- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Audio Visual Systems
Desirable Experience
- Experience in events, live production, broadcast or lighting/technical services industries
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
- Understanding of technical drawings, kit lists, or lighting/control systems is a bonus
- Driving licence beneficial due to site visits and local travel
