Job Title: Industrial Lubricant Sales Executive
Location: Field-based (Scotland)
Salary: £40,000 per annum

About the Company:
Founded in 1954, our client is a well-established, family-owned business and a leading fuel supplier across the UK. With depots in Southern England and operations covering all of Scotland, they provide a comprehensive range of products including fuels, lubricants, greases, and domestic heating solutions.

Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking an Industrial Lubricant Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in the industrial lubricants sector with a growing and respected company.

Role Overview:
As the Industrial Lubricant Sales Executive, you will play a key part in driving the growth of the lubricant sales division. This is a field-based role requiring both strong account management skills and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships
  • Proactively seek and secure new business to expand the client base and boost revenue
  • Resolve customer queries and issues effectively with a focus on problem-solving and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and maintain high service standards
  • Lead and develop the industrial lubricant sales team as the division grows

Ideal Candidate:


  • Proven experience in industrial lubricant sales or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Full UK driving licence
