The Role


As a Specification Project Sales professional, you will:



  • Develop and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, and key decision-makers across the London market.


  • Identify and secure project specifications in sectors such as commercial offices, retail environments, hospitality, and public spaces.


  • Provide design consultancy and technical advice, tailoring solutions to meet project-specific requirements.


  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and design teams to ensure seamless delivery from concept to completion.


  • Represent the brand at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.


Key Requirements




  • Proven track record in lighting, architectural products, or design-led specification sales.


  • Strong network of contacts within London's architecture and design community.


  • Excellent technical understanding of lighting solutions or similar design/engineering products.


  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to influence design and specification decisions.


  • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working on high-profile projects.
