The Role
As a Specification Project Sales professional, you will:
Develop and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, and key decision-makers across the London market.
Identify and secure project specifications in sectors such as commercial offices, retail environments, hospitality, and public spaces.
Provide design consultancy and technical advice, tailoring solutions to meet project-specific requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal technical and design teams to ensure seamless delivery from concept to completion.
Represent the brand at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Key Requirements
Proven track record in lighting, architectural products, or design-led specification sales.
Strong network of contacts within London's architecture and design community.
Excellent technical understanding of lighting solutions or similar design/engineering products.
Consultative sales approach with the ability to influence design and specification decisions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working on high-profile projects.
