Location: Hereford
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

We are an agricultural business and have been established for over 10 years We are dedicated to providing high-quality irrigation solutions to the agriculture and horticulture sectors. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Inside Sales Purchaser to join our team and help expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information.
- Preparing and following up on sales quotations.
- Processing orders and converting inquiries into sales.
- Managing customer accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Liaising with suppliers and maintaining positive relationships.
- Arranging transportation for deliveries.
- Updating internal sales teams on delivery changes.
- Managing stock and ensuring consistent supply.
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records in a CRM system.
- Collaborating with technical or other internal teams.
- Participating in sales meetings and training to stay updated on products.
Ideal Candidate
- Full UK Driving Licence
- IT Literate
- Experience with Accounting software would be desirable but not essential
