About the Role

We’re looking for a Service Mobilisation Coordinator to take charge of managing the full contract setup process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial handover through to renewal.This is a key position that bridges operations, service, and sales, playing a vital role in delivering a seamless experience for clients. You’ll be at the centre of communication between departments, making sure every detail is captured, verified, and aligned for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for new contract setups and reviews in collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Coordinate smooth handovers to the Service Department, ensuring all site and client data is accurate and complete.
- Verify contract values and issue renewal quotations within agreed timeframes.
- Track and follow up on outstanding renewals, identifying any potential risks or delays.
- Maintain accurate contract databases, asset registers, and client records.
- Manage the mobilisation and transition of renewed contracts, ensuring service continuity.
- Raise and manage subcontractor purchase orders in line with procurement policies.
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports on contract performance, renewals, and key trends.
- Handle a range of administrative and coordination tasks independently and with precision.
- Support related functions such as estimation and service delivery when required.

We’re seeking a confident, proactive individual who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You’ll have the ability to balance structure with flexibility, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Essential qualities and experience:
- Previous experience in a senior administrative, coordination, or contract support role.
- Ideally from a service-based or technical industry.
- Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of contract management and service delivery.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communicator — professional, approachable, and clear.
- Resilient under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Confident working with data, documents, and Microsoft Office applications.
