Position: Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering Wiltshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £38,000 to £39,500 plus travel time and over time

We are looking for a Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the Wiltshire area.

This engineer will be joining a team of engineers that cover sites that include office, schools, libraries as well as other commercial sites.

The right person for this position will be preferably, be a level 3 qualified mechanical engineer with a strong background in dealing the maintenance of plant rooms, pumps, ahus as a well as other mechanical maintenance

This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Strong background in Mechanical building services maintenance
• Based in or around the Wiltshire area
• Level 3 mechanical qualification is preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be happy to join the on call

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
• Travel time

• On call allowance
• On call one week on ten
