Security Engineer (Installation – CCTV & Access Control)

£30,000 - £37,000 DOE.

The Role

We’re looking for a Security Installation Engineer with a strong background in IP CCTV and Access Control systems to join a dynamic regional team. You’ll play a key role in installing and commissioning a range of leading security systems across exciting and varied client sites.

You’ll be working with top manufacturers and technologies including:

• Galaxy
• Texecom
• Hikvision
• Paxton
• Nurse Call Systems

Most work is regionalbut can include travel from the top end of Birmingham up to Newcastle.

Working Hours

• Standard hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexibility to start early and finish early)
• Overtime available – Time & a Half after 40 hours, Double Time on Sundays
• Travel time: 30 minutes each way unpaid, all other travel time fully paid

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience installing CCTV (IP preferred) and Access Control systems
• Strong technical knowledge of the systems listed above
• Good communication skills and a professional approach on client sites
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
