A leading design-led production house is seeking a talented Production Manager to join its growing team. The company specialises in delivering high-impact live experiences, from award shows and conferences to brand activations, product launches, and publicity events. About the Role
As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in planning and delivering the technical production across a diverse range of live events. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution from concept to onsite delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to understand and interpret requirements
• Manage projects from initial brief through to onsite delivery
• Conduct site visits and assess technical needs
• Develop technical specifications and produce quotes
• Create CAD drawings
• Coordinate event logistics, including kit allocation, crew scheduling, and transport
• Manage budgets and report on progress
• Oversee onsite production during events

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A strong AV or technical production background, ideally within a production agency or AV company
• Demonstrable client-facing experience
• The ability to manage technical production for events end-to-end
• Solid organisational and communication skills

Salary: £35000 - £55000 + Overtime
