CNC Programmer/Operator - Night Shift

Location:Blackburn (BB1 2JU)

Shift:Nights - Mon-Thu 20:45-06:00(35 hours)

Pay:Up to £20.00/hour DOE+ x1.25 night shift allowance

(Total effective rate can be up to ~£28/houron nights)

Holidays:25 days per year

Overtime:x1.3 Mon-Fri, x1.5 Sat, x2 Sun

Pension:5% employee / 3% employer

Headcount:Hiring 2-3on nights

Role overview

Program at the control from drawings, set and operate CNC machinery on night shift to deliver quality parts safely and efficiently. You'll manage first-off approval, in-process checks and keep clean documentation.

You'll work with

• Controls: Heidenhain, HAAS, Mazak, or FANUC (on-machine programming essential)



• Materials: varied, including alloys



• Work types: batch and one-off

Key responsibilities

• Online programming at the machine; set and operate to spec
