Our client is looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to join their growing sales team, selling innovative lighting solutions across the Midlands. This is a field-based role where you will be trusted to own your area and shape its success. You'll focus on winning new business, building strong relationships and developing long-term opportunities through specification-led sales.
You'll work closely with:
Specifiers and Designers
Electrical Wholesalers
Contractors
End Users
From first conversation to final project completion, you'll manage opportunities end to end - learning fast, gaining exposure and developing your commercial confidence along the way.

Extensive training is provided, so lighting industry experience is not essential
Ideal for candidates from sales, construction, electrical, engineering or technical backgrounds
Candidates with a lighting design or engineering background are particularly welcome
Must be comfortable working remotely as part of a regional and national team
A full UK driving licence is essential
