Our client, a major lighting manufacturer, is looking for a Key Account Manager for the North West region. The role requires a strong background in specification and project-based sales, with a focus on logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing lighting projects. Expertise in Relux and DIALux is crucial to deliver high-quality lighting solutions tailored to client needs.Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the North West
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and pipeline opportunities
- Apply your Relux and DIALux expertise to design effective lighting solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal delivery of projects
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings
- Provide market feedback for product innovation and improvement
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in specification sales within lighting or related sectors
- Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing lighting requirements
- Strong proficiency in Relux and DIALux is mandatory
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Day-to-Day:
- Consult with key accounts to identify and meet lighting needs
- Expand sales pipeline through targeted prospecting
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Attend trade shows and industry networking events
- Report on sales performance and market insights
