Role Overview
We are recruiting a Key Account Manager to oversee and grow fire alarm maintenance accounts across the South Coast / Hampshire region, with a core focus around Fareham and surrounding areas.
This is a predominantly account-led role, centred on retaining existing contracts, managing renewals and increasing account value through upsells, small works and project opportunities.
Portfolio value: £400k-£450k in maintenance revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of fire alarm maintenance contracts
Drive contract renewals and recurring revenue
Identify upgrade, remedial and project opportunities within existing accounts
Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
Liaise closely with service, engineering and delivery teams
Experience Required
Background in fire alarm or life safety account management
Strong understanding of maintenance contracts
Technically confident and commercially aware
Full UK driving licence
