IT Service Desk Analyst - Salisbury - £35,000 - Great Opportunity!
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Location: SalisburyWe’re hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a well-established organisation in Salisbury. You’ll provide 1st line (and some 2nd line) support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software and Microsoft environment issues while delivering excellent customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing 1st line support via phone, email, remote & face-to-face
Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune & Active Directory
Managing and prioritising tickets in the service desk system
Escalating complex issues where required
Supporting user training and maintaining documentationWhat we’re looking for:
4+ years’ experience in IT Service Desk / Technical Support
Strong Microsoft environment knowledge
Solid troubleshooting skills across desktop & basic networking
Calm, professional and customer-focused approachDesirable: SolarWinds, TeamViewer, IRIS/Sage or similar business systems experience.
