Position: Plumbing bias Building Service Engineer

Location: Covering the North West

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £36,000 to £40,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Building Service Engineer with a strong Plumbing background for a full time, permanent position covering the North West and some of West Yorkshire

This engineer will be working alongside a team of building services engineers that cover the North West region.

The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background. They need to be a qualified plumber holding the unvented certificate. It would be a major bonus if this person had a working knowledge of commercial heating

This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be a qualified plumber and holding the unvented qualification
• It would be a major bonus if this person has experience with commercial heating
• Happy to travel into Manchester and Leeds
• Must be willing to join the on callservice
