Salary £40,000-£55,000 + OTE £60,000-£85,000 + Company CarA design-led lighting business is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Specification Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory across Scotland and grow influence with architects, designers and specifiers.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building connections, opening doors and shaping projects from the earliest stages. The successful candidate will become a trusted advisor to clients, championing innovative, wellbeing-focused lighting solutions across commercial projects.
The role combines strategic territory management with hands-on business development, including client meetings, presentations, CPDs, networking and pipeline generation. Working closely with technical and project support teams, the Specification Sales Manager will help deliver commercially strong, technically robust solutions that stand out in the market.
Ideal candidates will have experience in specification or project-led sales, strong commercial awareness and the confidence to influence professional stakeholders. A background in lighting, architecture, interiors, design or the built environment would be highly advantageous.
