Position: Project Manager

Location: Commutable to Reading

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £48,000 to £55,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for a Project Manager for a full time, permanent position dealing with small air conditioning installation projects throughout the South East.

This project manager needs to have a technical knowledge of air conditioning installations and has managed installation projects on site (as an installation engineer) or have worked as an air conditioning project manager.

They will be dealing with air conditioning installation projects from small like for like replacements to lager projects up to £100K. We need this person to attend site surveys, be client facing, able to manage the financials as well as signing off the project to time scale.

This is a site and office based role, so we do need someone that is able to attend the office near Reading.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning installations
• Worked on small and medium size projects
• Installation of splits and vrv's
• Managed projects on site
• Dealt directly with sub contractors
• Run a project from survey to completion
• Experience with KPI's and financials
• Based in a commutable location to Reading
• Full UK driving licence
• Air Conditioning qualifications would be a bonus
