New Business Sales Executive
£35,000 - £45,000 + £20K OTB
Company Laptop and Phone.
Company Car or Car Allowance
28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
Office/Field Based – Stoke on Trent.
The Role:Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, effective pipeline management, and consistently winning new clients.
This role suits a self-starter with a strong “hunter” mentality, someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and takes ownership of their success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed margin targets.
· Identify, prospect and engage new business opportunities across the UK.
· Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
· Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to clients.
· Build long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted commercial partner
· Consistently hit profit margin targets and agreed KPI’s.
Experience required:· Self-motivated with a clear hunter mentality and focus on results.
· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a new business sales role.
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Experience in IT, telecoms, or a related sector is advantageous.
· Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills.
