Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong mechanical or M&E building services background?

Do you enjoy taking projects from initial survey and quotation through to delivery while building long-term client relationships?

We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join a well-established building services contractor, managing planned and reactive maintenance contracts across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

The Role

You'll take ownership of service and maintenance contracts from conception to completion, acting as the key point of contact for clients while ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing planned preventative and reactive maintenance contracts.
• Carrying out site surveys and producing quotations for remedial works, plant upgrades and boiler replacements.
• Managing projects from quotation through to completion.
• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, materials and specialist suppliers.
• Building strong client relationships and attending regular site meetings.
• Managing health & safety, RAMS and compliance documentation.
• Monitoring contract performance, costs, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities for additional works and developing existing client accounts.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience within Mechanical Building Services, HVAC, M&E or Facilities Maintenance.

You'll ideally have experience with:

• Contract Management, Service Management or Maintenance Management.
• Surveying mechanical building services installations.
• Preparing quotations for remedial works and small projects.
• Managing engineers and subcontractors.
• Commercial HVAC and mechanical plant including boilers, pumps, pipework, AHUs, ventilation and heating systems.
• Managing projects from survey through to completion.
• Building strong client relationships.

Gas qualifications, SMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH or other industry qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
