Role - Lighting Designer (Entry Level or Intermediate can apply)

Salary - £25,000 - £35,000

Location - Buckinghamshire

My client is an exclusive and entirely independent lighting design consultancy. Due to having no direct association with any manufacturer they have a free-reign approach to scheme design. From scheme design, project procurement, bespoke product design and project management, not to mention continued support beyond handover.

Role.

• To provide a full range of lighting layout plans using AutoCAD
• To provide a telephone technical support on all aspects of my clients products.
• To deal with projects from conception to completion.
• Meeting with clients
• Chase up projects with external / internal sales staff, contractors, and end clients.
• To provide fully marked up CAD drawings using AutoCAD software.

Post Requirements.

• Lighting Design Experience is preferred or a real keen interest in moving into Lighting design is required.
• Product Design experience or background is also suitable
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Polite and confident telephone manner.
• A disciplined and organised work style.
• Educated to GCSE A level or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.
• AutoCAD experience an advantage.
