We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team. This role involves working across Lincolnshire, maintaining and repairing a variety of mobile plant equipment, including dumpers, loading shovels, excavators, and other machinery. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of mobile plant equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service while working on-site across Lincolnshire.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mobile plant machinery, including dumpers, loading shovels, and excavators.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Full UK driving license.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Day-to-Day

• Travel to various sites across Lincolnshire to service and repair mobile plant equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
• Respond to breakdowns and provide timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Keep the service van stocked with necessary tools and parts for efficient on-site work.
