A well-established and growing Fire & Security business is looking for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join its expanding team across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.

You'll be given a local/regional patch and the autonomy to manage your own day, while having technical support available when needed.
What You'll Be Doing

- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive fault finding.
- Attending breakdowns and diagnosing system faults.
- Completing repairs, remedial works and minor modifications.

- Supporting installation or project teams when required.
Systems Experience
Experience with a range of the following would be advantageous:

CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Hanwha or similar.
Access Control: Paxton, Gallagher, Honeywell or similar.
You don't need to have experience with every system listed. A strong understanding of fire and security equipment, combined with good fault-finding skills, is what really matters.
About You
We're looking for an engineer who:
- Has previous experience within the fire and security industry.
- Is confident servicing, maintaining and fault finding on systems.
- Has experience across at least two fire/security disciplines.
- Can work independently and manage their own workload.
- Has good technical and diagnostic ability.
- Understands relevant British Standards and compliance requirements.
- Is professional and comfortable dealing directly with customers.
- Can complete accurate paperwork and service reports.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Is happy to participate in a 1-in-6 call-out rota.

- £50,000+ realistic OTE.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x, with enhanced Sunday rates.
- Call-out standby allowance and additional payment for attendance.
- 1 in 6 call-out rota.
- Company van and fuel card.
- Door-to-door travel paid after the initial 30 minutes each way.

- Private healthcare after qualifying period.
