Position: M&E Estimator

Location: Kent based, Part Hybrid

Duration: Permanent

Salary: from £60,000 to £75,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced M&E Estimator for a full time, permanent position.

This M&E Estimator will be dealing with Service and Maintenance Tenders in relation to Facilities Maintenance Hard Services Contracts with a value of anything from £20,000 to £5 million

The right person for this role will already have a background in facilities hard services estimating. They need to have a strong business development mentality and have tendered for multi million pound hard services contracts.

This is an office based position (Kent) however we are willing to allow this position to be part hybrid.

Requirements

• Strong background in Facilities Maintenance Estimating
• Must have experience estimating for service contracts
• Strong hard services background
• Able to attend a Kent based office a couple of days week
• Strong business development background
• Worked on large FM service contracts tenders
• Very client focused
