Position: Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Northampton/ Milton Keynes/ Leicestershire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £42,00 to £45,000 plus door to door travel (They do not have to join the on call rota)

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to cover Service Maintenance and Breakdown on large refrigeration plant across the region.

This engineer will be dealing with the service, maintenance and breakdown of Refrigeration plant in sites that will include Food Manufacturing, Distribution etc

The right person for this position will already have experience working on larger refrigeration plant or come from a Chiller background. They need to have strong fault finding, knowledge and have experience on large compressors.

This is a mobile position, so we do need this engineer to hold a full UK driving licence as well as being Level 2 qualified in Refrigeration with Fgas.

There is an on call rota with this position, however if the right person does not want to be on it, they do not have to.

Requirements

• Strong background in Commercial and Heavy Commercial Refrigeration
• Industrial refrigeration knowledge would be an advantage
• Experience working within manufacturing or distribution would be a major advantage
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be holding Fgas
• Good Compressor knowledge
• Happy to travel
• Based in an area that could include Northampton, Milton Keynes and Leicester

• Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
