 - Applications Engineer - Advanced Grinding & Milling (5-Axis) 
 
 - Location:UK (Hampshire or Warwickshire base), UK travel with occasional international 
 Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE
 Bonus:Up to 10% annual, performance-based, payable after 12 months
 Vehicle:Hybrid company car (all servicing covered; personal mileage excluded)

 - Role overview 
 
 - Provide post-sales and after-sales applications support across advanced grinding and milling, with a strong focus on 5-axis. You'll program, optimise processes, run trials and validations, train operators and contribute to turnkey delivery and customer presentations. 
 
 
 
 - Key responsibilities 
 
 - Provide technical support on advanced milling/grinding applications
- Evaluate customer 3D CAD data and engineering drawings
- Prepare time studies and propose workholding/tooling solutions
- Program at the machine and via CAD/CAM; deliver operator training on site (UK/Ireland)
- Support demos, trade shows and principal facilities across Europe
- Contribute to sales/application presentations and turnkey solutions

 - Requirements 
 
 - Apprenticeship/HND/Degree or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Strong background in metal removal and hands-on CNC machining
- Essential: exposure/experience in 5-axis machining
