AV Service Engineer (Residential)

£35,000 - £50,000 DOE

The Company:

A high-end residential AV integrator specialising in installing and maintain spectacular home cinemas, audio and home automation solutions.

The Role:

To carry out preventative maintenance, remote and on site service support to high profile clients.

Key duties include:

• To troubleshoot issues with residential AV hardware and control systems ie. Home cinemas, access control, audio systems, touch panels, motorised blinds, wifi access points,  projectors, Lutron and Crestron systems.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure any installed systems continue to run smoothly.
• Installation of small upgrades and replacements of AV devices.
• Providing assistance to other internal departments where necessary.
• To be able to work occasionally on an on call rota.

Preferred Qualities and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 years' experience servicing or commissioning residential AV systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to put clients at ease.
• A good understanding of systems such as Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, Rako.
• Strong network knowledge with the ability to configure and troubleshoot network related issues.

Package details:

• A salary ranging between £35K- £50K depending on experience.
