Position – AV Manager
Location – Crewe
Salary/Package - £26,000-£28,000 (DOE), Training, Career Progression, 31 days holiday inc banks, overtime, & company benefits
The Company
My client is an industry leading event services provider offering AV services for events and venues across the country. They are looking for an AV Manager to work from one of the high-end venues they work with in Crewe.
The Role
As an AV Manager you will be the on-site point of contact for the any events coming into the venue to set up equipment, operate it, and service it. There is also a sales element to the role with you calling upcoming events and offering additional services.
This is a great opportunity for someone from an AV Technician background looking to get into the events side of things or someone great with people looking to expand their technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and coordinate AV requirements for incoming clients
- Contact upcoming clients and upsell AV services
- Provide Technical advice & support
- Act as a project manager for smaller events
- Manager & supervise freelance staff
Required Qualities
- Existing AV Technical knowledge or desire to learn
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good People Skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends
- Willingness to be hands on
Progression through the company is possible, with in-depth experience of the role being an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided where required.
