Position: Air Conditioning Bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire (No London)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £44,000 plus travel time, overtime and company van

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area

This position will be working for an established Building Services Company dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of AHU's, Fan Coils, Splits Systems and VRV's as well as dealing with other building services maintenance and compliance

The right person for this position will already have a strong background in Air Conditioning planned and reactive maintenance and has experience dealing with building maintenance

This is a mobile position, however it is only be covering a small region and NO London work

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning Systems
• Able to do planned and reactive maintenance on splits, ahu's and vrvs
• Happy to do other building services maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Must have Fgas
• Happy to travel across the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire regions
