Position: Supervising Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes or surrounding areas

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £46,000 to £48,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to step into a Supervising Engineer position for an established Air Conditioning company.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to step up into a Supervisor Engineer position that has the potential to move off the tools.

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer who is looking for the opportunity to give their technical experience to junior level engineers and clients, manage compliance, deal with surveys and risk assessments as well as work on the tools themselves.

They will be expected to work one day in the office and the rest in the field, however the future expectations will be for the role to become fully office based and into management.

We need this engineer to have a very flexible working attitude and are passionate about growing with a business

Requirements

• Strong background as an Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance and Breakdown Engineer
• Lead Engineer experience would be a bonus
• Must have Fgas
• Full Uk Driving licence
• Based no more than 45 minutes away from Milton Keynes
• Happy to work on the tools as well as in the office
• Willing to give your technical knowledge to junior engineers
