Location: Gloucester
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time
Holiday: 24 days + Bank Holidays

A well-established and growing plumbing and heating merchant is looking for a driven and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join their Gloucester branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries
• Producing quotations and processing customer orders
• Building relationships with new and existing customers
• Upselling and cross-selling plumbing and pipeline products
• Supporting external sales and contributing to branch targets
• Managing stock enquiries and liaising with suppliers
• Providing product advice to trade customers
• Serving customers at the trade counter

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Experience in merchant internal sales (plumbing, heating, builders merchants or similar)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced branch environment
