The Role

As a Security Service Engineer, you’ll cover a small, well-managed patch across Andover and the surrounding areas, including Hampshire, Dorset, Bournemouth and Salisbury.

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of commercial security systems, while providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities


  • Service, maintain and repair CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Accurately complete service reports and documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Participate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota

About You

We’re looking for an experienced engineer with a background in commercial security systems.

Ideally, you’ll have:


  • Experience servicing CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Intruder Alarm experience – essential
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A customer-focused approach
