Are you an experienced Water Treatment professional with a strong technical understanding of industrial water systems and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service?
I’m currently recruiting for a Water Treatment Consultant to join an established team in Thame. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in traditional water treatment who enjoys combining technical expertise, client relationship management and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
If you’re confident interpreting water analysis results, advising clients on compliance and building long-term customer relationships, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out on-site water analysis and testing across cooling systems, steam boilers and general industrial water treatment applications.
- Interpret test results accurately and provide clear, practical recommendations both verbally and in writing.
- Support clients in meeting their water treatment compliance requirements.
- Deliver contractual obligations while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams at all levels.
- Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts and increase contract value through proactive client engagement.
- Liaise with internal support functions to ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Manage your own workload, diary and site visits effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within the traditional water treatment industry.
- Practical experience undertaking on-site analysis of cooling systems, steam boilers and industrial water treatment systems.
- The ability to interpret technical results and confidently communicate recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time effectively.
- Full UK driving licence
