AV Engineer

08:30 – 17:00 Monday - Friday

The Role:

To install and service AV systems within corporate and hospitality environments.

Key duties include:

• Carry out the installation of AV hardware including control systems, projectors, screens, cabling, cameras, microphones and speakerswithin corporate and hospitalitysites.
• Build AVracks to a high standard.
• Attend service & maintenance visits where required.
• To carry out the configuration of audio DSPSand control systems (Training can be provided).
• Carry out firmware updates and upload prewritten programme files to control systems.
• Provide necessary product training to clients and handover once completed.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Essential Qualities and Skills:

• Minimum of 1years’ AV installation experience.
• Knowledge of Control systems and DSPs (Extron, Biamp, QSYS, Crestron etc)
• The ability to pass security vetting / DBS checks.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home where required.
• Full UK Driving License

Preferred Qualities and Skills:

• CTS certification
• Manufacturer certifications with Extron, Biamp, QSYS, Crestronor Dante
