To help retain, grow and manage our client base, we’re looking for an experienced CCAAS/UCAAS Senior Account Manager to join our team.

Senior Account Manager.

£45,000 - £50,000 basic

£6,000 car allowance

£90k OTE

Within an hour of our Guilford Office!

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years direct sales experience selling CCaaS/UCaaS with vendors like Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel etc

We require a highly driven and proactive character who can sell complex contact centre solutions and cloud computing, managed services.

Experience with TCV of £500K plus

Experience in managing a base of large end user accounts, with a proven track record of upsell, cross sell, and resign.

The role:

Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.

Producing proposals and reports

Exerting influence to develop revenue and scope of services and associated adoption within customers.

Identifying expansion opportunities, service improvements and additional value within existing customer accounts

Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the marketplace, including sector opportunities and collaboration / partnering opportunities.
